Our Racing Adventure

This blog will follow Psymin from his biginning training through his races as he prepares to take Texas Arabian Racing by storm!

Psymin's Racing Blog

This will be the central location for all info on Psymin's racing endevor. We hope you enjoy it!

There are seval other locations you can learn about us at. We're on Facebook, where Psymin has his own group, and we also have a dedicated website for NN Elite Arabians.

Here is a little blip about him, so you can learn a bit more.

At only 2 years old in 2008, this colt has already been named the Region 9 SHIH Stallion Grand Champion. As well, he was ATH Reserve Champion. He has most recently been named USEF Region 9 Reserve Horse of the Year in both Arabian Halter and Arabian Sport Horse categories. For 2009. Psymin again took Top 5 placings in both SHIH classes at Region 9. He was outshined however, by his dam who took home Grand Champion Mare SHIH and Reserve Champion Mare SHIH ATH.

Since beginning his show career, while still at the side of his dam, Psymin has been a SHIH winner at all levels of competition. At his first A rated show while 7 1/2 months old, Psymin outplaced senior stallions.

This fiery red head is quite the package. He is a kind and inquisitive colt. He has been handled by me, his owner and breeder, since the moment he was born. He is trusting and extremely responsive. Having bred him and personally known the sire, it is obvious of his inherited demeanor. His sire, by Padron Psyche and out of Evening Starr, carries some of the finest Russian halter and performance bloodlines out there. His dam, by the Azraff son Tajma Zar-Raff and out of KY Khonfetti, brings an abundance of Azraff/Ferzon and other Crabbet blood so noted for their beauty and hardiness.

About the author

I am the head of the NN Elite Arabians operation...if you want to call it that! My husband Jarrod and myself attend to the every need and whinny of our equines. At this time, we have our foundation mare, NN Chantilly Lace and Psymin. Chantilly happens to be his dam. We have two adopted old stallions in California, Gai Trillo++ (an own son of Ferzon) and his son, Kings Trillomar (out of an Azraff daughter).

From the moment he was conceived, even when I was picking the stallion to breed my mare to, I planned to put the resulting foal on the race track. I knew Chantilly had the heart and the conformation to do it. Now, if only she has passed it onto her son....
